When is payment due for services?

Payment is due prior to the date of service. If you're on a monthly plan, your card will be charged on the 5th of every month. If you're on a weekly plan, your card will be charged every Saturday.

Will my pricing change at any point?

If there is any change, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance.

What happens if my yard is larger than 3,000 square feet?

Pricing is based on an average 3,000 square feet yard. If your yard is larger, we will discuss additional pricing during our first visit.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

Yes, you may terminate service at any time in writing.

However, any unpaid balances must be settled upon notification of service termination.

What do I need to do to ensure you can access my yard?

You are responsible for maintaining safe access to your yard. If there are issues (locked gate, obstacles), we may not be able to clean and you'll still be charged for that visit.

Do my pets need to be inside during the service?

Yes, pets should remain indoors while services are performed for everyone’s safety and comfort.

What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled service day?

In case of unsafe or inclement weather (e.g., severe storms, extreme cold, lightning), we will contact you to reschedule. No refunds are offered for missed services, but we’ll work to arrange another day for your cleaning.

How will I know when you’re coming for service?

Your service will be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You will also receive a courtesy text on the day of service prior to our arrival.

What if my pets won’t be using the yard for a while (vacation, illness, etc.)?

Please notify us at least 7 days in advance of your bill’s due date if you wish to pause the service during that time to avoid unnecessary charges.

Can I cancel a service visit?

Yes, you can cancel a service visit if Number 2 Creww LLC is notified within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Otherwise, you will be charged for the scheduled service.

What happens if you find something unusual in my pet’s waste?

If we notice anything concerning in your pet’s waste (like worms, blood, or diarrhea), we will immediately notify you using your preferred contact method.

How is the waste disposed of?

Waste will be disposed of in your property’s trash bins unless other arrangements have been made.

Do I have to pay any addition fees for the DIY bucket service?

No. The DIY poop bucket is a haul off service. No additonal fees apply.

Do I need to worry about your company entering/exiting my property?

We take extra care to properly secure gates after every visit, and we will take a picture to confirm the gate is locked when our technician exits your property.
