Terms of Service
Billing and Payment
- Payment is due prior to the date of service. If you have chosen a monthly service plan, the monthly total will be charged to your card on file on the 5th of every month. If you have chosen a weekly service plan, the weekly total will be charged to your card on file every Saturday.
- Fees are subject to change at any time, you will be notified at least 7 days prior to any change in pricing.
- Pricing is based on an average 3,000 square feet of yard. If your cleaning area is larger than 3,000 square feet, additional pricing will be discussed at the time of our first visit to your property.
- If your card is declined for any reason, we will contact you to make other arrangements. If we are unable to collect payment on your account, we will discontinue your service immediately until the issue has been resolved.
- Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due upon termination of service notification.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
Yard Access
- As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to an access issue, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets, prompt payment of balances due and keeping payment information up to date.
- If there is a gate, it must be unlocked and accessible on your scheduled day of service. If the gate is locked or blocked, we will notify you right away. If we are unable to reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, your service will be completed on your next scheduled service day.
- Pets are required to remain indoors while services are performed until everyone/every K9 feels comfortable and at ease with each other.
- Gates are properly secured and a picture will be taken when our technician exits your property, after each visit.
- We assume zero liability for damages to yards, gates, pets and other property.
- Number 2 Creww LLC is NOT responsible for waste missed due to overgrown grass or weeds, excessive leaf accumulation, or any other obstruction caused by poor lawn maintenance.
Weather
- In the event of unsafe or inclement weather (ex: wind chill temps below 32 degrees, lightning, severe weather alerts), we will contact you to reschedule your service when conditions are safe.
- We do not offer refunds for missed days due to the weather. In these cases, we will work with you to arrange another day to service your yard.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Once you’ve chosen a service plan we will inform you of your service day, based on when your area is serviced. We will do our best to meet your needs.
- You will be sent a courtesy text on your service day prior to our arrival to your property.
- If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period of time (ex: vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know at least 7 days in advance of bill due date to pause the service.
- Service can be cancelled at any time if Number 2 Creww LLC is contacted within 48 hours of service, otherwise you will be charged for the scheduled service.
Additional Information
- If we notice any unhealthy changes in your pet’s waste (worms, blood, diarrhea), we will notify you immediately via your preferred contact method.
- Waste will be disposed of onsite in the property’s trash bins; otherwise, a $3 disposal fee will be applied.
- The DIY poop bucket service is a haul away service, no additional fees apply.
You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand all of the terms stated above. You agree to allow Number 2 Creww LLC to remove pet waste from your yard and dispose of the bags in your trash bin.
